Second Anniversary

July 11-12 2009

We went to Santa Barbara for two days one night to celebrate our second anniversary. As traffic was everywhere, it took us three hours to arrive the destination. First, we visited the French Festival and had our lunch there. A reporter took a picture of me when I was posting for  KS to take my picture. After that, we checked-in at the hotel and had a nice walk at the relaxing West Beach. I really wished I could swim in the beach, but seemed like the water was so cold. I guessed that's why no one was swimming. Then, we had our dinner in a french restaurant. It was a warm and homey place. The entrees were fantastic.

On the second day, we drove to the romantic East Beach and took some pictures there. After checking-out, we visited the Mission. It was a chapel and we were there for the Sunday Mass. I loved the scenery outside the chapel. It was up on a hill and a large piece of grassland in front of the chapel. I wished I could stay there longer.

Before we headed back to LA, we shopped around at the downtown and had my favorite McConnell's Ice Cream again.
