疑似分子美食 - The Bazaar (Jan 26, 2012)

今次係第二次黎食啦! 話說今仔見到Dine LA又有The Bazaar, 而佢又咁啱訂到位!

於是, 我地就搵個理由出去食大餐啦! 

今仔靜靜雞訂左位, 跟住前一個禮拜同我講話同我去食大餐, 我係咁問點解, 佢話新年要去慶祝喎!

Dine LA Menu

呢度係食TAPAS, 所以每碟都好精緻, 份量好細!

EMBUTIDOS PLATTER - CHORIZO, LOMO, SALCHICHON
個飽又脆又薄, 配火腿一流!


海膽係我既至愛! 呢個Dine LA Menu無既. 配搭好特別, 又中又西又日.
Sea urchin, Avocado, steamed buns 





另一至愛: "PHILLY CHEESESTEAK" - AIR BREAD, CHEDDAR, ROYAL TRUMPET MUSHROOM
個飽超薄, 薄到好似紙咁, 入面仲裝滿芝士, 但又唔會漏喎, 超讚! 必點既item. 


食完都唔知係咩黎, 但今仔堅持話係魚黎既!
MARKET CEVICHE - JICAMA, MICRO CILANTRO, COCONUT


SEA SCALLOPS - ROMESCO SAUCE
帶子好大粒, 個汁好特別!


JICAMA WRAPPED GUACAMOLE - MICRO CILANTRO, CORN CHIPS
最鍾意混入左粟米片, 好脆! 唔知可唔可以自己整呢?!!

SEARED STRAUSS VEAL LOIN - JAQUES MAXIMIN, PISTO, TRUMPET MUSHROOMS
牛肉, 唔係太特別~



JAPANESE EEL TACOS - GRILLED EEL, SHISO, CUCUMBER, WASABI, CHICHARRON
其實我唔係太鍾意食鰻魚, 不過試下無妨!



甜品時間
HOT CHOCOLATE MOUSSE - PEAR SORBET AND SALTY HAZELNUT PRALINE
TRADITIONAL SPANISH FLAN - VANILLA AND FRUIT
呢度食完野後, SERVER會通知甜品部, 之後我地要等人帶我地去餐廳既另一邊食甜品.
由於我地去食野O個晚太多人, SERVER話要等半個鐘先有位食甜品, 所以我地選擇坐響原位食!


OPEN KITCHEN
今次坐左響廚房外面, 可以睇住班廚師煮野食!


餐廳環境
燈光昏暗, 但唔係行浪漫情調架, 反而適合同兩三個朋友黎飲酒食野.

PATISSERIE
好靚啊!希望有機會試下呢度既AFTERNOON TEA
